The original photo of this rooster was taken in Hawaii a few years ago. He was typically your black, white and a little orange/brown type of rooster. Deciding to make him whimsical was the first thought that came to mind when I saw his photo in my files. This Hawaiian rooster was created to welcome the Chinese New Year of the Rooster using fabric collage method, Elmer’s School glue, cotton fabrics and tulle netting. (covering the rooster only). Finished size 25 1/4″ x 26 1/2″

Hi Ingrid, I took your class at Honey Run in Chico this month. Loved it , I am almost finished with my Garabaldi fish… just needs binding.
FYI I there is a beautiful and informative You Tube video for 4K TV’s on The Sea with great pictures and info. on The Garabaldi . 🙂
